My Product design class required me to design a work bench that was flat packaged. While considering each of the parts would be created through CNC milling. Considering this, I designed a table meant for children. I decided that it must be assembled without tools and easy for a child to assemble with adult supervision, yet provide enough stability. And of course, to finish it off... colours!

Ontop designing a functional 1/4 scale model, we were required to design a manual showing orthographic drawings, assembly, and exploded views of our concept.

After 3d modeling and sketch modeling, we could begin to manufacture our 1/4 scale model of the work bench. I used a CO2 laser cutter and birch plywood to create it. With the finishing touches done with spray paint.
